Today is your first thoughtful Thursday! Please write a specific blog entry that summarize the following:
1) what you have decided or thought about doing for your project
2) what you have done this week – no matter how small.
3) what you plan to do for your project next week (in and out of class)
4) and anything else you can think of… (e.g., any a-ha moments you have had this week, persisting questions)
Check out this article about journaling your work…

For the rest of Term 4, we (yes, ME TOO!) will revisit and explore the Hero’s Journey (HJ) according to Joseph Campbell. Most importantly, we will investigate how and/or when elements of the HJ has been or continues to be present in our own lives. We will receive specific instructions, criteria, deadlines on what the product should look like by the end of this week. What matters now is that we start exploring and reflecting before we start making/doing/creating.
Nothing fancy. Something free. Use Blogger (great if you have a gmail account already) or WordPress or whatever. It’s just a place for us to reflect and document our process/progress once a week or anytime we have specific reflection topic. Remember, students will need to share this link with me. A NOTE ABOUT PRIVACY: You may make your blog password protected and only share the password with me AND you may use initials for people’s names.
