FULL PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Guidelines for Success:
1. All projects MUST BE mounted on stiff mat board, cardboard, foam board, or poster board. (Mounting)
2. The entries must be able to lie flat and not curl up. (Mounting)
3. The edges of the backing must be neatly cut. (Mounting)
4. If there are any margins, they must be equal all around and must be colored paper mounted on the back of the stiff mat board. (Mounting)
5. A copy of the original printed from theoi.com must be glued to the back as well for my reference. (Mounting)
6. Pictures, excluding mat and border, must be a minimum size of 8”x11” and a maximum size of 16”x 20”. The picture should fill the paper with little or no blank background space left over. (Mounting)
7. The picture is two-dimensional on one piece of paper. There should be no paste-ons. (Mounting)
8. Do NOT PUT YOUR NAME ON THE FRONT of the picture. On the back, you must glue the original picture and you should put your name on that, not large, but rather in the upper right hand corner, IN a DARK (blue or black) PEN. (Mounting)
9. The picture must be neatly done. The stroke marks should be even and consistent. Any drafting pencil marks in the picture must be erased and not visible. (Craftsmanship)
10. Your picture should be true to the original in its color and shapes. (Authenticity)
